The details behind the pricing, in plain terms.

Every paid order placed in your Shopify store during the 30-day billing cycle. We count orders — not customers, points, or reviews — so your bill tracks your actual sales, nothing else.
Nothing breaks on the paid plans. Once you exceed your included order volume, a small per-order fee is metered until you hit your monthly overage billing cap, at which point the loyalty programme pauses so you never get a surprise bill. On the free Starter plan, the programme pauses immediately at 500 orders until you upgrade.
Yes. Loyalty, referrals, VIP tiers, photo and video reviews, and every integration are unlocked on all plans, including Starter. The only thing that changes between tiers is your included monthly order volume.
All charges run through the Shopify Billing API on a rolling 30-day cycle, so they appear on the same invoice as the rest of your Shopify subscription. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial.
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly from your Shopify admin. When you approach a plan's limit we'll prompt you to move up a tier so your rewards keep running without interruption.
